Kindergarten

Stacy Okerberg is our Kindergarten teacher. She has a gift for getting kids to work hard and have fun! Kindergarten is an important building block year as the kids start to read. Mrs. Okerberg’s ABC bootcamp has the kids review the alphabet to get them ready for the year to come. There is plenty of repetition and consistent expectations, to provide children with the confidence to learn. Children respond in a great way to the curriculum and steady teaching of Mrs. Okerberg. Of course, there are a lot of fun activities to encourage learning every day! Finally, there are fabulous field trips to farms, a pumpkin patch, apple orchard and the Reif Performance Arts Center!
